2. Booking contract

A booking request is subject to availability and payment verification. A reservation is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing or display confirmed status. The listing should identify the accommodation provider and the main characteristics of the stay.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may vary by date. The final total is presented before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Insert your actual cancellation, amendment, no-show, refund, security deposit, damage and additional-fee policies here. Make any restrictions clear before the customer pays. UK consumer cancellation rights can differ for accommodation booked for specific dates; obtain advice relevant to your business.

5. Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate information, comply with occupancy limits, respect neighbours and follow the property rules supplied before arrival.

6. Complaints and liability

Insert your complaints process, emergency contact details, insurance and legally reviewed liability terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so.

7. Privacy and governing law

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Specify the appropriate governing law and courts for your business and the property location after legal review.
